Dr. Darlene Andert is a Principal of Accounting for Profitability LLC and the Chief Operations Officer.
She is a lecturer, consultant, coach, trainer, and experienced member of Boards of Directors. Darlene is a Certified Financial Manager (CFM) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with over 20 years of process consulting, management and leadership development, and research. She is a highly published author covering industry and academic journals. Dr. Andert served as the Executive Director for the Institute for Responsible Corporate Governance and experienced on corporate, non-profit boards, quasi-government, and venture capital boards. As a former stock broker, she now serves as a non-public arbitrator for FINRA.
