He is completing his Accounting degree at Florida Gulf Coast University, and working towards obtaining his CPA license. Phil is QuickBooks certified and proficient in advanced Excel spreadsheet technology. He is also experienced in application coding and development, as well as, Sony Vegas, and Photoshop (video and photo editing systems), and all forms of social media platform administration.
Phil experience includes creating and implementing multi-media marketing campaigns for real estate, and holds a Florida real estate license. His experience further covers authoring leases and the intricacies of real estate sales contracts.
While attending the university, Phil served as the Vice President of the FGCU Car Club and member of the FGCU Accounting Society. His goal is to work in tax accounting with an emphasis in real estate.
